First Step in Good Governance Super Six is a Super Hit : CM Naidu

    admin
    STAFF REPORTER
    • August 15,2025

Greetings to all the people of Andhra Pradesh on the occasion of 79th Independence Day celebrations

Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu

    Greetings to everyone.

India is the largest democracy in the world. On this auspicious occasion of celebrating the 79th Independence Day, I extend my heartfelt wishes to all Indians, Telugu people across the globe and to the citizens of Andhra Pradesh.

On this occasion, let us remember the sacrifices of great leaders like the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi; Subhas Chandra Bose; Bhagat Singh; the architect of our Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar; the designer of our tricolor flag, Pingali Venkayya; and Alluri Sitarama Raju.

The Journey of Andhra Pradesh State

During the eight decades since independence, our country has witnessed many changes. During this time, Andhra Pradesh has also seen many ups and downs. We once dreamt of single state for  all Telugu-speaking people in the country. We fought for a unified Andhra (Visalandhra) even before independence.

With the ultimate sacrifice of Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu, the state of Andhra was formed on October 1, 1953, with Kurnool as its capital. Later, on November 1, 1956, Andhra Pradesh was formed as the first linguistically based state with Hyderabad as its capital. Then again, in 2014, the state was bifurcated, leading to the formation of two Telugu states. Thus, our state's journey has always been marked by new challenges.

The Dawn of a New Andhra in 2014

We must recall the events that transpired after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh in 2014. The people gave me the opportunity to become the first Chief Minister of the newly formed state. With experience and the cooperation of the people, we established AP as one of the top 3 states in the country.

    The Dark Days Since 2019

The government that came to power in 2019 devastated the state for five years. It destroyed the brand image of Andhra Pradesh and weakened our institutions. The state was pushed back by 30 years. They caused financial ruin with debts and arrears amounting to ₹10 lakh crores.

For those five years, there was no development. They didn't even fill the potholes on the roads. The more we dig, the more the debts, mistakes, and irregularities of the previous government comes to light. Polavaram stalled... Amaravati came to a halt and Investments fled the state.

In the 2024 elections, the people believed in the NDA's slogan, "Prajalu Gelavali – Rashtram Nilavali" (The People Must Win – The State Must Stand), and delivered a historic verdict, creating a silent revolution. They blessed the alliance with a 94% strike rate and a 57% vote share.

The First Step in Good Governance

We began our administration with the sole aim of rebuilding the state. In this one year since we took office, we have worked from day one to uphold the people's trust and pave the way for a bright future. Our very first signatures marked the first step towards good governance. This past year of governance, driven by welfare, development, and good governance, has been immensely satisfying. With the support of the people and the grace of God, we are moving from destruction to development.

Today, I can say humbly and with pride: in the coalition government, there is no parallel to our welfare, no obstacle to our development, and no competition for our good governance. This is a record. An all-time record.

Super Six is a Super Hit

The coalition government is a government for the poor. We are spending thousands of crores of Rupees to raise the living standards of the people and uplift the poorer sections through welfare schemes. Welfare is being delivered to the people at a level unmatched by any other state in the country.

We have made our main election promises, the 'Super Six', a super hit. We have given a new definition to welfare governance by supporting every community, every region, every family, and every citizen. On the very first day of forming the government, we initiated the implementation of our key promises with five signatures.

    NTR Bharosa Pensions:

Through the 'Pedala Sevalo' (In Service of the Poor) program, we are delivering NTR Bharosa pensions to 64 lakh beneficiaries at their doorsteps, giving a new meaning to the welfare state.
From this Independence Day stage, I proudly state that the country's largest welfare festival is taking place in Andhra Pradesh on the 1st of every month.
No other state in the country distributes pensions at this level. We are spending ₹33,000 crores annually just on pensions.
We are distributing ₹4,000 to the elderly, ₹6,000 to the disabled, ₹10,000 to those with severe illnesses including dialysis patients, and ₹15,000 to those who are completely bedridden.
To date, we have spent over ₹40,000 crores on pensions alone.
Thalliki Vandanam (Salute to the Mother):

We introduced the 'Thalliki Vandanam' scheme to provide financial security to poor mothers who dream of educating their children. We have implemented the scheme with a budget of ₹10,000 crores.
We have deposited ₹15,000 for each student into the accounts of 67 lakh mothers.
We have extended the scheme to all school-going children in a family, regardless of the number. This scheme will play a key role in population management.
    Annadata Sukhibhava :

Ours is a government that believes the state prospers only when the farmer prospers. That is why we always prioritize farmers whenever we are in power.
As promised, we have implemented the Annadata Sukhibhava scheme.
We promised to provide ₹20,000 per year to every farmer in three installments, including the central government's contribution.
In the first installment, we have deposited a total of ₹7,000—₹5,000 from the state government and ₹2,000 from the central government—into the farmers' accounts.
We have provided ₹3,173 crores to 47 lakh farmers.
    Deepam-2 Scheme:

In the erstwhile united state, we brought the Deepam scheme to ease the kitchen hardships of our women. Today, through the Deepam-2 scheme, we are reducing their burden by providing free gas cylinders.
We are giving 3 free cylinders per year, spending ₹2,684 crores annually. So far, we have provided 2 crore subsidized cylinders.
Sthree Sakthi - Free Bus Travel for Women:

On the occasion of Independence Day today, we are presenting the gift of free bus travel for women in RTC buses under the name 'Sthree Sakthi'.
Women can travel for free in Palle Velugu, Ultra Palle Velugu, City Ordinary, Express, and Metro Express buses.
This free travel will save each woman ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month. We are also extending this facility to transgender individuals.
We are spending ₹1,942 crores on this scheme.
As part of the Super Six, we promised to create 20 lakh job and employment opportunities by 2029. True to our word, we are providing jobs from our very first signature. We have conducted a Mega DSC for 16,347 posts, and appointments will be completed by the end of this month. We have repealed the 'Land Titling Act' that gave people sleepless nights. We have brought back Anna Canteens to feed the poor, serving meals for just ₹5 to 5.16 crore people across 204 canteens.

    Support for Backward Classes (BCs)

We are implementing plans to advance the BC communities economically, socially, and politically. We are supporting all communities engaged in handicrafts and traditional occupations by establishing BC Corporations. A cabinet sub-committee is studying the enactment of a BC Protection Act. We are working to restore the BC reservations in local bodies to 34%, after the previous government reduced it to 24%.

We are providing an additional ₹50,000 for BC housing and a subsidy of ₹98,000 for installing a 3-kilowatt solar rooftop on BC homes. We have increased the minimum wage for Naayi Brahmins working in temples to ₹25,000 and have given them representation on temple trust boards. We provide 200 units of free electricity to 40,000 saloons. As promised in the manifesto, we have allocated 10% of liquor shops and bars to toddy tappers. We are providing financial assistance of ₹20,000 to fishermen during the fishing ban period. Under the 'Matsyakara Sevalo' scheme, we have provided ₹259 crores to 1,29,178 fishermen. To support weavers, we provide 200 units of free electricity for handlooms and 500 units for powerlooms per month. We are giving a 5% GST reimbursement on handloom products. Under the 'Nethanna Bharosa' scheme, we will provide ₹25,000 per year to each weaver family. We will allocate 10% of mining leases to the Vaddera community. We will provide employment to Kurubas and Yadavas by supplying sheep, goats, and cattle at subsidized rates. We will uplift economically backward MBCs and all BC communities through special programs.

Bringing Light into the Lives of SCs

We are making efforts to improve living standards of  SCs. We stood by the SC community, which faced harassment under the previous government. We are protecting their rights and ensuring their funds are spent on them. In the last budget, we allocated ₹20,281 crores for SC welfare. We have fulfilled their decades-long aspiration for SC categorization, ensuring no sub-caste is hurt or disadvantaged, thereby reducing disparities within the SC community. We will provide free electricity by installing solar rooftops to SC houses.

Raising the Living Standards of STs

We believe that true development occurs only when the STs are developed. We are improving their living standards through infrastructure, education, and healthcare. Through the 'Adavithalli Baatalo' program, we have undertaken the construction of roads with a budget of ₹1,000 crores, connecting remote tribal areas to main roads. We are putting an end to the practice of carrying patients in makeshift stretchers (dolis) by introducing feeder ambulances. We are constructing 5 new multi-specialty hospitals in the agency areas. We have brought international branding to Araku coffee. We are taking steps to double the income of tribals by cultivating new coffee plantations on additional one lakh acres.

    Standing with Minorities

We are protecting the rights and fulfilling the needs of minorities. We are providing an honorarium of ₹10,000 to Imams and ₹5,000 to Muezzins. We are providing financial assistance of ₹1 lakh to each Hajj pilgrim. We have made Gannavaram Airport an embarkation point. We are providing an honorarium of ₹5,000 to 8,427 pastors.

    Women Empowerment, Safety, and Dignity

Ours is a government committed to women's empowerment, safety, and dignity. We are turning women into entrepreneurs through MSMEs. The use of ganja and drugs is a major cause of crimes against women. We have established the EAGLE Task Force to control this menace. For women's protection, we have set up 164 Shakthi teams and 300 help desks. We are taking strict action against those who post obscene content about women on social media in the name of freedom of expression, thereby protecting their self-respect.

We are paying a gratuity of ₹1.79 lakhs to Anganwadi workers and ₹1.09 lakhs to helpers. We have increased the retirement age for ASHA workers to 62 years and enabled 43,000 ASHA workers to receive a maximum gratuity of ₹1.50 lakhs. This will cost ₹645 crores.

    Curbing Ration Irregularities

We have made it possible for people to collect their ration supplies from fair price shops whenever they want. By discontinuing the MDU vehicles, we have put a check to the ration rice recycling mafia. We are delivering rations to the homes of 18 lakh elderly and disabled individuals starting from the 26th of the month.

Making the Dream of Owning a Home a Reality

We are working towards the goal of providing a house for everyone by 2029. We will give 3 cents of land for free in rural areas and 2 cents in urban areas. The completed 3 lakh houses will soon be handed over to the beneficiaries. Another 6 lakh houses will be delivered to beneficiaries by March of next year.

    Technology in Agriculture

We are working with the resolve to reduce the cost of cultivation and increase farmers' income. In line with changing food habits, crops that are in demand must be cultivated. Farmers should move towards natural farming by reducing the use of fertilizers and pesticides. Let's protect our health with organic products. Let's become economically strong by exporting organic crops to global markets.

Despite financial difficulties, we launched 'Annadata Sukhibhava-PM Kisan' to strengthen the farmer. We procured paddy and paid ₹13,584 crores to farmers within 24 hours. We have restarted the drip irrigation and mechanization subsidies that were stopped by the previous government. We have brought technology into agriculture. We are using drone technology and satellite services to reduce costs. We are alerting farmers about weather conditions through AWARE (Andhra Pradesh Weather Forecasting and Early Warning Research Centre). We promptly assisted farmers of commercial crops like cocoa, chili, tobacco, and mango who faced difficulties due to international developments. We are implementing plans to make Rayalaseema a horticulture hub and make agriculture profitable through commercial crops. To support the aqua sector, we will provide electricity at ₹1.50 per unit. We are in talks with the central government to help aqua farmers affected by US tariffs.

    Water Security

For crops to flourish, there should be no shortage of irrigation water. If all the rivers in the state are interconnected, the word 'drought' will cease to exist. The economy will progress if we provide the necessary water for agriculture, drinking, and industries. We have put the irrigation sector, which was a victim of the previous government's neglect, back on track.

Polavaram Back on Track: The Polavaram project is the lifeline of Andhra Pradesh. Although it was supposed to be completed in 2020, the diaphragm wall was washed away due to the neglect, inaction, and failure of the previous government. The past rulers failed to complete even 5% of the work in 5 years. After we returned to power, we resolved the issues and put the project works back on track. The crucial diaphragm wall of the project will be completed by December of next year. We will complete the Polavaram project by December 2027. The Central Government has released funds of ₹12,157 crores, supporting the timely execution of the works.

Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi: The previous government played dramas on the Handri-Neeva project, which is crucial for providing irrigation to 6 lakh acres across the 4 erstwhile districts of Rayalaseema. That government deceived farmers by merely adjusting the gates in the name of releasing water into the canals, making a mockery of itself. As soon as we came to power, we focused on Handri-Neeva. Last month, we set a record by completing the main canal widening works in 100 days and released 3,850 cusecs of water. This month, we will provide water to the last ayacut in Chittoor district.

We are giving top priority to the Veligonda project, which will save Prakasam district from drought. We are carrying out the project works to provide irrigation water by July of next year. We have set a target to complete the Vamsadhara project works by June of next year and provide water to 40,000 acres. We will obtain permissions for the Chintalapudi Lift Irrigation scheme and undertake its construction. We will complete the Polavaram left canal as quickly as possible to meet the drinking water and industrial needs of Visakhapatnam city and provide Godavari water to North Andhra.

    Polavaram–Banacharla Link:

To make Rayalaseema fertile, we have decided to divert surplus Godavari water from Polavaram to Banacharla. We will only use the water that would otherwise flow wastefully into the sea. This project will not harm the  interests of any state. No one needs to raise any objections. When there are floods, and the upper riparian states release water, we, as a lower riparian state, bear the losses and hardships. If we, as a lower riparian state, want to use that same floodwater, why should there be objections? How can it be that we must endure the floods but not benefit from the floodwaters?

    The Earth as a Reservoir:

We are giving high priority to water security through integrated water management. Currently, the state's reservoirs are brimming with water, at 79% of their storage capacity. 785 TMC of water is available in various reservoirs. We are taking measures to increase groundwater levels; our efforts to turn the earth into a reservoir are yielding results. We are managing water to ensure that groundwater levels are above +3 meters after the monsoon and do not fall below -8 meters before the monsoon. Water user associations are playing a key role in water management. We are involving 6,047 water users associations, 267 distributory committees, and 58 project committees in water management.

    Village Self-Governance (Grama Swarajyam)

The words of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, that villages are the backbone of the country, are always our guiding principle. We have spent the highest amount of ₹5,211 crores under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. We have constructed 4,000 km of CC roads and 250 km of BT roads in rural areas. By 2028, under the 'Jal Jeevan Mission', we will provide safe drinking water to every village and every household. To improve rural sanitation, we are undertaking the construction of 500 'Magic Drains' as a pilot project.

    Protection of Assets:

During the previous government's tenure, many irregularities occurred in the revenue department, and people lost protection for their lands and properties. The previous government created disputes in every village in the name of a land survey. We have resolved most of the land disputes by conducting 17,600 revenue sadassus across the state. We will complete the land re-survey by December 2027. The past rulers printed their photos on people's property documents. We have replaced them with new passbooks bearing the state emblem. We have formed a cabinet sub-committee on housing sites for the poor. We will regularize unobjectionable residential plots by December. The previous rulers mishandled the creation of new districts. We are now rectifying those mistakes and will stand by the promises we made in the elections on this matter.

The Future is the Knowledge Economy

The knowledge economy is crucial for wealth creation. That is why we are prioritizing education and skills. We are preparing the youth and students to meet future needs. We are shaping the state's education sector in such a way that the entire country will follow the AP Model of Education. Students in government schools are receiving education with better facilities and the highest academic standards.

We have declared every Saturday as 'No Bag Day' and introduced a 'One Class, One Teacher' policy. We have canceled GO 117, which was brought in for the merger of schools. Under the 'Dokka Seethamma Mid-day Meal Scheme', we are providing quality meals with fine rice to students. We are providing uniform kits to students under the 'Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidhyardhi Mithra' scheme at a cost of ₹953 crores. We conducted a mega parent-teacher meeting with 2 crore people to discuss student progress, and this program will continue every year.

We have brought changes to the Intermediate education system, providing coaching for entrance exams like IIT and NEET in government junior colleges. We have cleared the pending fee reimbursement dues. We are assessing the skills of the youth through a 'Skill Census' and will provide them with the necessary training to connect them with industries. We are changing the curriculum to suit future needs and have undertaken programs to update the curriculum and enhance skills. 74,834 individuals trained by the Skill Development Corporation have received placements. We are conducting job melas in every constituency.

    A Panacea for Public Health

'Arogya Andhra Pradesh' (Healthy Andhra Pradesh) is our policy. We have transformed the medical department into a panacea for public health through preventive, curative, cost-effective, and real-time monitoring methods. We are working for public health in partnership with the Gates Foundation. We are providing better healthcare with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Under the NTR Vaidya Seva scheme, we are providing free treatment for 3,257 diseases.

With the Digital Nerve Center in public health, we have ushered in next-generation medical services. The DigiNerve Center has been operational in Kuppam since July 3 of this year, in partnership with the TATA Group. We will expand these services to the entire Chittoor district in the next 6 months and across the state within 2 years. We have undertaken the construction of 100 to 300-bed multi-specialty hospitals in all 175 constituencies. We are spending ₹233 crores to strengthen primary and community health centers. Responding with humanity, we have provided ₹552 crores from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund so far. In addition to using technology in the medical field, we are promoting our heritage of Yoga and Naturopathy for public health. We achieved a Guinness World Record by organizing a yoga event with 3.19 lakh people in Visakhapatnam and set another 21 world records. The Prime Minister praised the Yogandhra programme. We will soon be establishing a 'Yogadhyayana Parishad'.

    Cities as Growth Engines

We are developing cities and urban areas as growth engines for the state. We are providing infrastructure in urban areas according to the needs of the population. We have simplified the process for building permits. We have made it possible to construct houses on plots up to 100 square yards without any building plan approval. We are getting the Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam Metro Rail projects on track. We will build a 76 km metro rail project in Visakhapatnam and a 38 km project in Vijayawada.

    Circular Economy

We are giving top priority to cleanliness by organizing 'Swachhandhra-Swarnandhra' across the state on the third Saturday of every month. We have abolished the garbage tax imposed by the previous government and have also cleared the 83 lakh metric tonnes of garbage they left behind. We have focused on a circular economy for resource recycling. We are implementing the 'Waste to Wealth' program in all panchayats and municipalities.

The People's Capital - Amaravati Restarted

We have restarted the work on Amaravati, the dream capital of the people of Andhra Pradesh, with the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We are working to shape Amaravati into a world-class capital, fulfilling the hopes of the farmers who gave their lands. Today, the capital works are progressing at a rapid pace. We have called for tenders worth ₹50,522 crores and are carrying out 74 infrastructure projects and road works. The capital works will be completed by 2028. We will make it the most advanced and livable city.

    Logistics Corridor

Logistics form the foundation of industrial development. Countries like Singapore have become strong economic powers solely through logistics. Our state has a long coastline of 1,053 km. We have extensive logistics facilities with ports, airports, harbors, highways, and railway lines. We will soon bring a 'Logistics Corporation'.

We are trying to bring down logistics costs to less than 10%. We are building a port or harbor every 50 km and 6 new airports. National highway works worth ₹70,000 crores covering 3,510 km are in progress. In 2024-25, the construction of 770 km of national highways was completed. In the next 3 years, highway projects worth nearly ₹2 lakh crores will be completed. We have proposed an Outer Ring Road for the capital, and greenfield highway projects for Hyderabad-Amaravati, Vizag-Mulapeta, and Hyderabad-Bengaluru. To repair the roads that were severely neglected by the past government, we have undertaken the 'Pothole-Free Roads Operation', spending over ₹1,000 crores.

    Green Hydrogen Valley

Per capita electricity consumption is an indicator of progress. We pioneered power sector reforms in the united state. We have introduced the AP Integrated Clean Energy Policy with a target of 160 GW of renewable energy generation. This sector will attract investments of ₹10 lakh crores and create 7.5 lakh jobs. We have received massive investments in solar, wind, and pumped storage projects. We have already achieved the target of 72 GW of renewable energy generation.

We have announced a declaration to make AP a 'Green Hydrogen Valley' by 2030, which will greatly contribute to environmental protection. We must all protect the environment. We have undertaken an action plan to increase the green cover in the state, including forests and horticulture, to 50%.

    Industrial Progress

The primary goal of the coalition government is to restore the brand image of Andhra Pradesh. We are working to bring back investments to the state by restoring confidence among industrialists. With our 'Speed of Doing Business' approach, we have introduced over 20 new policies. So far, we have conducted 9 State Investment Promotion Board meetings. We have approved investments of ₹5.94 lakh crores for 113 projects, which will create 5.56 lakh jobs.

I thank the Central Government for its support of our ideas regarding investments and the establishment of industries in the state. The Union Cabinet has decided to set up a semiconductor industry in AP. The arrival of this industry, which manufactures semiconductors used in mobiles, automobiles, electronics, and set-top boxes, will bring about a revolutionary change. With the goal of 'One Family - One Entrepreneur', we are implementing plans to establish MSMEs. We are setting up 175 MSME parks in 175 constituencies. We have protected the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant with financial assistance of ₹11,400 crores from the Centre. We have secured the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone, and the construction of its office buildings is underway.

The Touristic Splendor of the State

Tourism is a blend of natural beauty, cultural glory, and spiritual heritage. We have accorded industrial status to tourism. We are developing heritage, eco, adventure, wildlife, beach, and temple tourism circuits to delight tourists. We have signed agreements with 85 prominent hotels to make 8,163 new rooms available.

    Prioritizing the Sanctity of Temples

Temples are symbols of our culture and spiritual centers. We are releasing funds of ₹10,000 each for daily rituals (Dhupa Deepa Naivedyam) in over 6,000 temples. We have increased the salaries of priests to ₹15,000. We are ensuring that non-Hindus are not employed in temples. We have made it easier to book darshan services and accommodation in temples via WhatsApp. We have improved the quality of prasadams and services in all temples, including Tirumala. We will implement the 'Nitya Annadanam' (daily free meals) scheme in 23 major temples. We are officially observing the 'Atmarpana Dinam' (day of self-sacrifice) of Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Ammavaru, the revered deity of the Arya Vysya community.

    Protection of Natural Resources

Governance means protecting public wealth and ensuring public health. But the past rulers looted natural resources for their illegal gains and put public health at risk. The sand mafia destroyed the construction sector, leaving lakhs of dependents on the streets. They ruined people's homes and health with low-quality liquor. Immediately after coming to power, we set aside our financial needs and implemented a free sand policy, reviving the construction sector. We have supplied 1.5 crore metric tonnes of sand so far. We have formulated a liquor policy with public health in mind, ending the practice of government-run liquor businesses and ensuring the sale of quality, branded liquor.

No Compromise on Law and Order

Whenever we are in power, we give the highest priority to law and order. Investments will come to the state and development will happen only if there is law and order. We are dealing firmly with anarchic forces. We will not allow attempts by some to create unrest by committing crimes under a political guise. Nothing is more important to our government than law and order. We have given complete freedom to the police department. There is no place for rowdies and smugglers in this state.

    Technology is the Game Changer

Governments are not just about meeting the immediate needs of the people; they must also provide a golden future and create opportunities. For this, any government or leader must work with a vision. In 1995, we spoke about IT, promoted it, and showed results. Today, in 2025, we are talking about a Quantum Valley and using AI in governance. We are bringing radical changes to public services using DataLake and AWARE.

Amaravati will become the Quantum Valley of the country, similar to Silicon Valley. The Quantum Computing Valley services will commence from January 2026. IT and data centers are coming to North Andhra. We are bringing defense, space, aerospace, drone, automobile, and electronics industries to Rayalaseema. We are working for the development of all regions.

We have introduced 6 new policies to attract investments in the IT and electronics sectors. Major IT companies like Google, TCS, and Cognizant have come forward to invest in  Andhra Pradesh. We are establishing the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Amaravati. Hubs are being set up in Visakhapatnam, Rajamahendravaram, Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Anantapur under a hub-and-spoke model. We are establishing a 'Global Leadership Center' in Amaravati. We have extensively integrated technology into public administration. We have brought innovation to governance through WhatsApp Governance 'Mana Mithra', providing 700 citizen services.

I am reminded of the words of Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, "Society is the temple, people are the Gods." We are following in his footsteps.

    P4: The War on Poverty

NTR's dream was a society without poverty. The 'Zero Poverty - P4' program was introduced to help the poorest of the poor as per internationally defined standards. We are transforming people's living standards by implementing the Super Six schemes and manifesto promises. We are working with the ambition of eradicating poverty not just through government schemes but also by partnering with the affluent. For this, we have undertaken the Public-Private-People Partnership (P4) program. Anyone who wishes to give back to society can voluntarily become a mentor. The purpose of the P4 program is for the top 10% of society to support and uplift the bottom 20%. So far, we have identified 10.38 lakh 'golden families' and 1.15 lakh mentors (Margadarsis) have come forward to help. We will begin implementation at the field level from the 19th of this month.

The Telugu Race Must Be Number 1

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has formulated the 'Viksit Bharat 2047' vision. We have prepared the 'Swarnandhra-2047 Vision' document. We have brought this vision to the state, district, and constituency levels. Our Telugu people are achieving success in many countries around the world, making their mark everywhere. By 2047, India will stand as a global economic power.

It is my passion, desire, and ambition that our Telugu race should be at the forefront of the world. I promise that I will work tirelessly to make the Telugu race number one in all fields and to place them in a preeminent position.

    India as a World Power

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will become a global economic power by 2047. We will soon become the 3rd largest economy. Ours is not a dead economy; it is a good economy. We have proven our military might not just our economic strength, with 'Operation Sindhoor'.

On this Independence Day, let every Indian hoist the tricolor flag and salute the capability of our armed forces. Let us hail our three armed forces, who responded with missiles when enemy nations fired bullets.

Once again, I wish you all a happy Independence Day.
